Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Scomac Services runs a successful Maintenance Division, as well as a Special Projects Division. Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes are available and can be tailor-made to suit your budget and requirements. We offer our maintenance service to customers across London and
the surrounding areas.

Current contracts include Leisure Facilities, Art Galleries, Colleges and Schools, Commercial premises, Social Housing and Private accommodation.

Scomac is also ideally placed to offer any remedial works that have been identified during the regular maintenance programme.

What we can do for you

Customer satisfaction is very important to Scomac and we can offer a Maintenance Service Package that will save you time and money through PPM – Planned Preventative Maintenance – a planned maintenance of plant and equipment resulting in prolonging equipment life and avoiding unplanned maintenance activity. This includes painting, lubrication, cleaning, adjusting and minor component replacement as well as remote monitoring and logging of the building services. In its simplest form PPM can be compared to the service schedule for a car.
